Add some Mission Impossible style to your apartment and swich your old lock for this Yale Keyless Lock. Made by the honorable Yale, which is a daughter company owned by Assa Abloy, which was originally founded in England in 1868. It's an extremely high quality, highly fuctional lock from a valued lock company.

What's best, it truly works without any keys. Just install it and program it with preferred PIN codes (4-12 characters). Installation may require some expertice, so if you feel inadequate, call a DIY friend or a locksmith, they'll install it with no problems. See the video below for installation instructions.

The batteries are designed to open the lock ca. 10000 times, but in case they run out, you'll always get emergency power from a standard 9V battery, which can also be attached to the lock from the other side of the door.

As a bonus the Yale lock includes the so-called fakecode method, which enables opening the door by entering an unnecessarily long string of numbers and the correct PIN code as a part of it - this way you can open the lock in company of people you don't necessarily want to spy on your PIN code.
