We believe that you will be satisfied with the products you ordered. Still, situations can arise where it is necessary to return the product. Therefore we have refined the return process to be as smooth as possible. You have a right to return the product within 30 days starting on the date you received it. You can either replace the product with another product or receive a refund.
Please note that outside Finland you will have to pay the postal fees for your return, unless you have received a faulty or wrong product. In case of buyer’s remorse, please remember that the product you are returning has to be unused and in the condition you received it in.
We have been doing e-commerce in Finland since 2002. So one could say we are pretty experienced in taking orders in and shipping stuff to people. Our company has been established in 1993 and e-commerce we started over 20 years ago.
Worldwide shipping:
All international orders can be made trough our website, we currently ship worldwide to 223 countries. Payment methods for International orders are Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners Club. All parcels are shipped from Finland with DHL or in co-operation with the national postal service of the destination country.
To Finnish destinations the parcel usually arrives during the next day (excluding weekends). For International deliveries we use DHL and Finnish postal service Priority and EMS shipping with a delivery time of 1-14 days depending on shipping method and destination.
These times apply if you have placed your order before 14.00 (GMT +2) so the parcel ships out the same day.
The online store will automatically send you a tracking number for the parcel when the product(s) are picked up for packing.
