Ghost Pepper Naga Jolikia sauce by Dave's Gourmet is a fiery sauce that brings sufficient hotness to your food with a hint of roasted garlic.

This little bottle that contains Ghost pepper (which is simply Naga Jolokia) is the culmination of hotness: Take the hottest pepper in the world, add an even hotter extract, boost the pain a little with salt that brings out the flavours, and make it stick to the surfaces inside the mouth by means of a vegetable oil. Mix in a little garlic and we have a finished product. However, this sauce is not from the hottest end of the scale, and it's SHU rating is around a hundred thousand, but the sauce has a very pleasant taste, and it can be dosed a little less carefully than the super hot sauces.
