Sweden’s freshest coffee roaster! Although founded in November 2004 by a group of coffee enthusiastic friends, this still puts Johan & Nyström as a newcomer to the traditional Swedish coffee scene. Passionate about coffee, they set out to change the Swedish coffee culture, break the anonymity of the bean and to promote the skill and craftsmanship that goes into a good cup of coffee. The recipe is no secret; they roast more exclusive, tastier, quirkier, fairer and more organic coffees.

Beans are roasted by hand in small batches on two vintage machines from 1956. Not because they are traditionalist, but simply because the beans taste better that way. The Slow Roast method, which for Johan & Nyström means anything between 12 to 15 minutes, bring out the true taste of the coffee and gives the best cup possible. Quality speaks for it self.
