The RC Mini Glider is the king of summer toys - This reasonably compact plane that is easy to fly is suitable for ages 14y and up. Or for younger people if there's adult supervision. The plane uses a 2.4GHz frequency and the controller has a range of over 100m - That distance is long enough, since flying the plane any further isn't reasonable, since you can't see it anymore.

The plane is great for beginning pilots. The Mini Glider can withstand the so colled controlled emergency landings, but it will break down if you ram it on the asphalt or rocks at full speed.

The plane is charged with DC current. So you'll probably need a car to charge it. The car isn't included in the package, but the battery, charger, and a separately connected power cord are. The power cord is attached to the interior power plug of the car, and the other end on the charger, and the battery is attached on the other inlet on the charger. The battery is fully charged in about 15-20 minutes.
